SHIPPING INFORMATION

So you’ve purchased a new pair of Ugly’s online and want to receive them asap so you can start wearing ‘em right? We aim to ship your order as soon as humanly possible and use the fastest, and most efficiency, mode of delivery. Here’s how it all works.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

• All orders for Australian delivery valued less than $20 are charged at $16.95
• All orders for Australian delivery valued between $20 - $119.95 are charged at $13.95
  
• All orders for Australian delivery valued over $120 are FREE.

Our main method of shipping is via Australia Post, dependent on the location and delivery address provided.

If you are not present to accept your delivery, you will receive an email directly from your courier, will advising where your parcel can be collected, typically the nearest Australia Post Office or courier depot. Your parcel should be collected as soon as possible as unclaimed parcel may be returned to sender.

Australia Post can deliver to a PO Box address.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• All orders for international delivery are charged at $24.95.
• All international deliveries are sent via Australia Post Registered Post. International. If you are not present to accept your delivery, local postal guidelines apply. A physical street address must be provided.

Customs and Duty Charges on International Delivery

International orders may be subject to local customs, import duties or other associated fees. These fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel before the parcel is released and delivered. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned.

Piranha Eyewear Pty Ltd, wholesaler of Ugly Fish, has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Piranha Eyewear will not be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor will we accept a return, or offer a refund, of your order in this case.

ORDER DESPATCH

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping carrier.

Australian deliveries are typically received within 1-5 business days of being dispatched, longer to more remote regions.

International deliveries are typically received within 7-15 business days of being dispatched.

Delivery times provided are a guide only. Piranha Eyewear Pty Ltd is not liable for any late deliveries as well as any loss, or damage, that may occur as a result of a late delivery.

When you register an Account with us, we’ll keep you updated with; the date your order was dispatched, the shipping carrier used and the tracking number of your parcel. Simply login to view this information.
