So you’ve purchased a new pair of Ugly’s online and want to receive them asap so you can start wearing ‘em right? We aim to ship your order as soon as humanly possible and use the fastest, and most efficiency, mode of delivery. Here’s how it all works.
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Our main method of shipping is via Australia Post ,dependant on the location and delivery address provided.
Australia Post Registered Post – If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left advising where your parcel can be collected, typically the nearest Australia Post Office. Your parcel should be collected as soon as possible as unclaimed parcel may be returned to sender. Australia Post can deliver to a PO Box address.
Customs and Duty Charges on International Delivery
International orders may be subject to local customs, import duties or other associated fees. These fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel before the parcel is released and delivered. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned.

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping carrier.
Australian deliveries are typically received within 1-5 business days of being dispatched, longer to more remote regions.
International deliveries are typically received within 7-15 business days of being dispatched.
