Returns

Are your new Ugly’s not quite what you wanted? Perhaps they’re not quite fitting right? No worries. Ugly satisfaction is our priority. After all, we’re in the business of protecting your eyes so you’ve got to have the right pair for you. We’ll happily exchange, or refund on Standard (non-customised) products as long as you stick to the fine print, so here it is.

Goods will only be accepted if:

  • Returned within 45 days from the date of purchase
  • Received undamaged, unworn and unused with original tags
  • Received in their original packaging and the packaging is in original condition

Prescription Products

Please note that prescription products are made to order, and are unable to be returned or exchanged unless deemed to be faulty. Please choose carefully.


    RETURNS PROCESS

    Just follow the simple steps below and you’re on your way to an exchange or refund.

    1. Find your original proof of purchase (check your emails for your order confirmation / invoice).
    2. Package your item securely, and include your proof of purchase, plus written instructions detailing:

    • Which items you are returning.
    • Are you returning for a refund or exchange?
    • If exchanging, clearly list the item number and name you would like to receive in exchange. 

    3. Post your item to the address below. For security and peace of mind, we recommend insured registered post as Piranha Eyewear Pty Ltd is not liable for lost return parcels

    4. Once received, we’ll assess the claim against our Returns Policy and aim to get back to you within 3 business days.


      DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS RETURNS PROCESS

      In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, or are faulty, please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 369 574 (+61 2 4284 7888) or email orders@piranhaeyewear.com.

      Please note, notification of damaged, or faulty, goods must be advised within 5 business days of received.


      INCORRECT GOODS RETURNS PROCESS

      In the unlikely event the goods you receive are not the goods you ordered, or are different from how they were described, please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 369 574 (+61 2 4284 7888) or email orders@piranhaeyewear.com.

      Please note, notification of incorrect goods must be advised within 5 business days.

      Shipping Charges

      Buyer pays shipping charges for returns.

      For international exchange, a shipping fee will be incurred as per the current standard rates. View the Shipping Policy for details.

      Refunds

      For security purposes, we only refunds using the original payment method. Please bear in mind, this may take an extra few business days, in addition to our returns turnaround time, for the funds to be cleared back onto your account.

      Exchange

      If the goods you returned are more expensive than the goods you would like to exchange it for, we will give you a refund for the difference. The refunded difference will be processed to the original form of payment.

      If the goods you returned are less expensive than the goods you would like to exchange it for, we will charge you for the difference. An invoice outlining payment options will be sent to your provided email address. Goods will not be sent until payment has been received.

      Custom / Made-to-order Products

      Please note that any products made to order, for example, prescription products, are unable to be returned or exchanged unless deemed to be faulty. Please choose carefully.
