Are your new Ugly’s not quite what you wanted? Perhaps they’re not quite fitting right? No worries. Ugly satisfaction is our priority. After all, we’re in the business of protecting your eyes so you’ve gotta have the right pair for you. We’ll happily exchange, or refund, as long as you stick to the fine print, so here it is.
Goods will only be accepted if:
- Returned within 30 days from the date of purchase
- Received undamaged, unworn and unused with original tags
- Received in their original packaging and the packaging is in original condition
Just follow the simple steps below and you’re on your way to an exchange or refund.
- Complete the Returns for Exchange Form or Returns for Credit Form
2. Find your original proof of purchase (an invoice would have been included with your delivery)
- Send your goods, along with the completed Returns & Exchange Form and original proof of purchase, back to us.

Buyer pays shipping charges for returns.
For international exchange, a shipping fee will be incurred as per the current standard rates. View the Shipping Policy for details.
For security purposes, we only refunds using the original payment method. Please bear in mind, this may take an extra few business days, in addition to our returns turnaround time, for the funds to be cleared back onto your account.
If the goods you returned are more expensive than the goods you would like to exchange it for, we will give you a refund for the difference. The refunded difference will be processed to the original form of payment.
If the goods you returned are less expensive than the goods you would like to exchange it for, we will charge you for the difference. An invoice outlining payment options will be sent to your provided email address. Goods will not be sent until payment has been received.
