After all, we’re in the business of protecting your eyes so you’ve gotta have the right pair for you. We’ll happily exchange, or refund, as long as you stick to the fine print, so here it is.

Please note, notification of damaged, or faulty, goods must be advised within 5 business days of received.

Buyer pays shipping charges for returns.
For international exchange, a shipping fee will be incurred as per the current standard rates. View the Shipping Policy for details.
For security purposes, we only refunds using the original payment method. Please bear in mind, this may take an extra few business days, in addition to our returns turnaround time, for the funds to be cleared back onto your account.
If the goods you returned are more expensive than the goods you would like to exchange it for, we will give you a refund for the difference. The refunded difference will be processed to the original form of payment.
If the goods you returned are less expensive than the goods you would like to exchange it for, we will charge you for the difference. An invoice outlining payment options will be sent to your provided email address. Goods will not be sent until payment has been received.
