Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturer’s defects. This includes unforced damages, cracks or breaks, or if the product fails in any way that is not a result of misuse, force or accidental damage.
Unfortunately, accidental damages, cracks or breaks, scratched lenses, and general wear and tear are not covered under warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more info.
Are your new Ugly’s not quite what you wanted? Perhaps they’re not quite fitting right? No worries. Ugly satisfaction is our priority. We’ll happily exchange, or refund on Standard (non-customised) products under these conditions:
- Returned within 30 days from the date of purchase
- Received undamaged, unworn and unused with original tags
- Received in their original packaging and the packaging is in original condition

Need a part for a non-motorcycle product, shoot us a message including the product code/name of the style you need it for, and we'll let you know if it's available.
Unfortunately spare parts are not available for any glasses included in our Safety Certified range, as replacing parts on these frames voids the safety certification.
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping carrier. Australian deliveries are typically received within 1-5 business days of being dispatched, longer to more remote regions. International deliveries are typically received within 7-15 business days of being dispatched.
When we ship your order, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery times, please Contact Us with your order number and we’ll help track down your parcel.
